1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the lottery bd platform (https://lotterybd.net) and all its services. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and lottery bd.

2 Account Registration

To use lottery bd's services, you must create an account. You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. Accounts created with false information may be terminated at any time.

• Full name (as per National ID)
• Active mobile number
• Email Address
• Date of Birth (must be 18 or older)
• Payment method details (Mobile Pay / Nagad / Rocket number)

One Person, One Account

Each person may hold only one account on lottery bd. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, lottery bd reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit their balances. It is solely your responsibility to keep your password and login credentials confidential.

3 Eligibility & Age Limit

Lottery bd's services are available only to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
• You must be a resident of the region where lottery bd operates.

Lottery bd is committed to preventing minors from accessing its gaming services. If an underage user's account is identified, lottery bd will immediately close the account and void all associated transactions. Parents and guardians, please ensure your children are not using lottery bd.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on lottery bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). lottery bd currently accepts payments via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 BDT.
• The maximum deposit limit is set by lottery bd and is subject to change.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please contact support.
• The correct payment reference number must be provided at the time of deposit.

Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 6 to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held pending until KYC verification is completed.
• Lottery bd reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5 Betting Terms & Conditions

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on lottery bd. Violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in the cancellation of bets.

Bet Acceptance

Lottery bd considers a bet valid only after it has been successfully confirmed by the system and a confirmation is displayed on the user's screen. If you do not receive a confirmation for any reason, please contact support.

Bet Modification & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled, lottery bd will refund the bet amount.
• Bets confirmed before an odds change will be settled at the original odds.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, lottery bd reserves the right to void the affected bets.

Maximum Win Limit

Lottery bd may set a maximum win limit on single bets. This limit may vary across different sports and markets, and lottery bd may change it at any time.

6 Bonus & Promotional Offers

Lottery bd offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. It is essential to read the applicable terms carefully before claiming any of these offers.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a Welcome Bonus after registering on lottery bd and making their first deposit. A minimum deposit is required to qualify, and withdrawals are not permitted until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

Wagering Requirements

• Match Fixing: Placing bets using manipulated match results or inside information related to match fixing.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to legitimize illegal funds through lottery bd.
• Use of Third-Party Accounts: Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
• Automated Software: Using bots or automated programs to place bets.
• Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to lottery bd's systems.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Lottery bd may suspend or close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification.
• If an underage user's account is identified.

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting lottery bd support. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

11 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises with lottery bd, please contact our support team first. lottery bd aims to resolve most issues within 24 to 72 hours.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, it will be settled in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, under the jurisdiction of the courts where lottery bd's head office is located.
